Why hasn’t my download link arrived immediately?
I offer a personal service at Branch Out World. Links are not sent by an automated service, but by me personally. There are two practical reasons behind this, firstly, it helps keep running costs down and secondly, it keeps me compliant with EU digital selling VAT laws. The bottom line is, I can keep my prices low if my running costs are kept low too. But most importantly, I love sending out the individual emails to every one of my wonderful customers 😊
I promise that I will send the link to you as soon as I have received notification of your purchase and as soon as I am physically able. It will usually take no more than a couple of hours, but if there is going to be a longer delay, I will contact you at the email address associated with your Paypal account.

My link has expired. What can I do?
The links in the emails from WeTransfer are live for 7 days. If you have somehow missed that 7-day window, don’t worry. Please message me via the contact page or email me at email@example.com Let me know the title of the pack you bought and the Paypal email address that you used and I will send you a brand new link 😊
Can I buy BOW resources in hard copy?
